According to the new requirements, individuals arriving from countries with which agreements on a stay of up to 90 days have been concluded are required to register with law enforcement agencies within 30 days of their arrival.
For successful registration, it will be necessary to provide personal data, a residential address, and information about the property owner. Confirmation will be carried out by the property owner through a mobile application.
Registration may be denied in the case of providing false information, violating the duration of stay, or if the property owner does not give consent. In the event of a change of residence address, re-registration will be required within five working days.
These changes will come into effect on July 1, 2026.
