According to the provided information, the order regarding the registration and maintenance of the consular records of Kyrgyz citizens located outside the country has been updated.
Now, according to the new rules, children who are citizens of Kyrgyzstan and have been adopted by foreign citizens must be registered with consular institutions. Access to information about such children will be restricted and provided exclusively to authorized consular personnel.
This order from the Minister of Foreign Affairs will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
