According to the provided information, among the observers are senators and deputies from the Commonwealth countries, representatives of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS, as well as experts from the International Institute for Monitoring the Development of Democracy of the CIS IPA.
As stated in the message, on November 30, the group of observers will monitor the voting at polling stations both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad. Specialists will observe the voting at foreign polling stations in cities such as Baku, Minsk, Astana, Moscow, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, St. Petersburg, Tomsk, Tyumen, Ulan-Ude, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Ashgabat, Seoul, Dubai, London, and Paris.
