This decree introduces temporary legal regulation measures for land relations for a period of one year. In addition, the work of the commissions on land amnesty, operating under local state administrations and city halls, is suspended until March 1, 2026, for certain categories of objects mentioned in the Law "On the Regulation of Land Legal Relations."
The decree also provides for the establishment of a state commission that will deal with the legalization of land plots without buildings located in areas of chaotic development formed before December 1, 2021.
The state commission will be tasked with addressing issues related to the expropriation of land plots on which unauthorized or unfinished buildings have been erected after December 1, 2021, and which do not belong to areas of chaotic development. In return, citizens will be offered plots for agricultural use or housing from the fund of the State Mortgage Company on a shared participation basis.
The decree will take effect from the moment of its official publication.
