At a meeting of the permanent commission of the Bishkek City Council, which deals with issues of municipal property, land relations, urban planning, and architecture, deputy Kazybek Ergeshov from the "Yntymak" party raised the issue of land plots in the Mykan residential area. This district was transferred from the Alamudun district to Bishkek as a result of the administrative-territorial reform.

Ergeshov noted that the problem was discussed a year ago. Some local residents have registered land rights, while other plots remain in municipal ownership or have no owners. He also reminded that the vice-mayor was instructed to take control of the situation.

In turn, Bishkek's vice-mayor Azamat Kadyrov confirmed that he had held meetings with the residents of Mykan on-site. He reported that there are 540 houses in the residential area, and 128 residents have contacted the Alamudun cadastre.

Kadyrov indicated that he had instructed architects to prepare a reference plan and update the topographic surveys of the entire village to gain a complete understanding of the location of the land plots. The architectural service has already completed the survey, and a directive has now been sent to the Alamudun cadastre to issue state acts in accordance with the current situation.

According to the vice-mayor, the problem affects 62 land plots that remain enclaves from the city, which accounts for approximately 15% of the total area of the village. The akimat has already prepared complete lists, and after the work with the cadastre is completed, the city hall will meet again with local residents.

Kadyrov added that requests have been sent to the Dostuk rural administration and the Alamudun district cadastre, and a decision will be made in cooperation with the Alamudun district.

In response to the deputy's question about the timeline for the work, the vice-mayor explained that the topographic survey process required time. The architects have also been working on land amnesty and recently acquired additional equipment to enhance the efficiency of the surveys. The topographic survey was conducted on a pro bono basis, and the work of the Alamudun cadastre requires high accuracy. Kadyrov expressed hope to complete all work by December 20.

In response, deputy Ergeshov proposed to set a deadline until early February, allowing two months to complete the work in Mykan.
