The head of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, instructed the City Hall's Land Use Control Department to withdraw 29 lawsuits concerning land plots located along Ch.Aitmatov Avenue.
This decision aims to resolve issues without resorting to court and to establish effective interaction with the owners of the specified lands.
The Akim of the Lenin District has been tasked with organizing the provision of alternative plots of equivalent value for citizens at the beginning of the process, and if they refuse, to consider the possibility of compensation according to the cadastral valuation, in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“The City Hall will continue efforts to ensure that all land use issues are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the official statement notes.
