The restrictions will affect the following areas:
- the highway leading from Manas International Airport to the border of Bishkek;
- Fuchik Street from the city border to Chuy Avenue;
- Chuy Avenue from Fuchik Street to Manas Avenue;
- Manas and Ch. Aitmatov Avenues south to the state residence "Ala-Archa";
- certain sections of J. Abdrakhmanov, S. Ibraimov, and M. Frunze Streets.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs strongly recommends that citizens do not leave their vehicles on the side of the specified streets, avoid driving trucks unless necessary, and follow the instructions of traffic police officers, strictly adhering to traffic rules.
Drivers are advised to take the introduced restrictions into account when planning their routes. These restrictions will be in effect during the passage of convoys.
