During the meeting, five key issues concerning the operational situation and main areas of work were discussed. In particular, the discussion focused on compliance with the noise law, trends in cybercrime, and issues related to the presence of foreign citizens in Bishkek.
The head of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, Azamat Toktonaliev, emphasized both the positive results and the shortcomings in the work of some departments. In connection with the identified violations, several leaders were subjected to disciplinary measures.
"Service leaders have been instructed to promptly eliminate the identified shortcomings and to strengthen control over the performance of official duties," the press service added.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of maintaining service discipline, improving preventive work to prevent offenses, enhancing interaction with the public, and responding promptly to crimes.
Additionally, measures to ensure public order in the lead-up to the upcoming elections were discussed separately.
