Individuals have also been exempted from penalties and fines

In Kyrgyzstan, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree "On measures to support certain sectors of the economy," which exempts the sale of motor vehicles from taxes for a period of three years.

According to this document, both individuals and legal entities will not be burdened with taxes when selling cars and motorcycles. Furthermore, this exemption also applies to vehicles and components that were assembled or produced within the country.

It is also worth noting that individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs are exempt from all tax obligations, including fines and penalties, on income from the sale of vehicles if that income was received before January 1, 2026.
