The measures concern state fees and registration
In the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway project, which is of great importance for the region, workers will be able to take advantage of new benefits. President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree that simplifies temporary procedures for foreign workers.
From November 6, 2025, to October 31, 2026, simplified conditions for the payment of state fees and registration at the place of stay will apply to foreign specialists arriving to work on the Torugart — Jalal-Abad section.
These measures are aimed at accelerating the implementation of the construction of the strategically important railway corridor, which is intended to enhance the transit capabilities and investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan.
The enforcement of the decree will be monitored by the presidential administration, the Office of the President, and the State National Security Committee.
