The main goal of the program is to improve air quality and reduce pollution levels in the country.
Loans on favorable terms can be obtained by both individuals and entrepreneurs. The financial resources can be used for the following purposes:
- purchase of electric vehicles;
- purchase of cars with hybrid or gas engines;
- conversion of existing cars to gas fuel.
The annual interest rate on loans is 12%.
The lending conditions are as follows:
- up to 300,000 soms — term up to 24 months;
- up to 1.5 million soms — term up to 36 months;
- up to 5 million soms — term up to 60 months.
This initiative aims to support the population in transitioning to more environmentally friendly and economically advantageous vehicles, as well as to enhance the level of environmental safety in the country.
