According to this decree, the following individuals have been removed from the committee: Marat Imankulov, Kudaybergen Bazarbaev, Elchibek Jantayev, Kanat Jumagaziev, and Mariyakan Uturbaeva.
The IV People's Kurultai is scheduled for December 25, 2025.
The updated composition of the organizing committee now includes: Arslan Koichiev — the State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic, who has become the chairman; Elchibek Jantayev — the director of the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers; Amankan Kenjebayev — the authorized representative of the president in the Osh region; and Azamat Osmonov — the authorized representative of the president in the Chui region.
These changes have been made to decree No. 270 of September 22, 2025, which pertains to the holding of the IV People's Kurultai, and are in accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic. The decree comes into effect upon official publication.
