The attraction of foreign specialists is carried out strictly within the framework of existing laws and taking into account the real economic needs of the country. This practice is temporary and aimed at supporting investment and infrastructure projects that require specialized knowledge and skills.
The Ministry emphasized that the most important principle is to prevent the displacement of local citizens from the labor market. All stages, including quotas, permits, and conditions for the stay of foreign workers, are controlled by authorized state bodies, with a serious approach to preventing violations of labor and migration legislation.
The procedures for attracting foreign workers are regulated in cooperation with other state institutions. Special attention is paid to ensuring the transparency of procedures, respecting the rights of workers, and gradually increasing the participation of local personnel in projects.
