He noted that the process is carried out through the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad, which operates under the Ministry of Labor. The Center is also responsible for issuing licenses to private employment agencies.
“Currently, 198 companies have received licenses, of which 150 are actively operating in Kyrgyzstan. This year, 22,259 citizens have found employment abroad,” he added.
Among the preferences of Kyrgyz citizens, employment in the United Kingdom holds a special place. Many applicants are heading for seasonal work. At the beginning of the program three years ago, the quota was set at 2,500 people, and this year it has increased to 10,000.
