As a result of the inspections, it was established that five private companies were providing employment services for citizens of Kyrgyzstan abroad without the necessary permits or in violation of the law. Administrative measures were taken against all identified agencies in accordance with Article 95 "Illegal Activity in Employment of Citizens" of the Code of Offenses. Each legal entity was fined 55,000 soms, totaling 275,000 soms.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek emphasized that the activities of illegal agencies can pose a serious threat to citizens, as they often deceive people, demand illegal payments, cannot guarantee safety, and do not provide reliable information about employment.
The agency urged citizens of the capital to contact only official and licensed organizations, check for all necessary documents, and avoid dubious advertisements and unregistered intermediaries.
It was also reminded that additional information and consultations can be obtained at the employment center for citizens abroad under the Ministry of Labor.
