Employees of the Employment Center, working in the Ministry of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducted an inspection that resulted in the prevention of an attempt to illegally employ Kyrgyz citizens in European countries.
According to information received by the Center, foreign nationals organized a mass recruitment of Kyrgyz citizens in the Technopark building with the aim of further employment abroad.
During the event, it was revealed that the organizers did not have the necessary permits to carry out employment activities for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic outside the country.
The collected materials on this case have been forwarded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for further investigation and legal assessment of the organizers' actions.
The Center draws the attention of all interested parties, both individuals and legal entities, that a valid permit issued in the established manner is required for the employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad.
Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are strongly advised to exercise caution and check for the necessary documents from companies and individual entrepreneurs offering jobs abroad.
