On November 13, 2025, employees of the Employment Center for Citizens under the Ministry of Labor of Kyrgyzstan, together with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducted a raid that prevented an attempt to illegally employ citizens of Kyrgyzstan in European countries. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Labor.
According to information received by the Center, foreign individuals organized a mass recruitment of citizens of Kyrgyzstan in the Technopark building for subsequent employment in European countries.
During the inspection, it was established that the organizers did not have a legal permit to carry out activities related to the employment of citizens outside the country.
Materials regarding this incident were forwarded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for further investigation and legal assessment of the actions of the organizers.
The Employment Center reminds both individuals and legal entities that the employment of citizens of Kyrgyzstan abroad is only possible with an official permit issued in accordance with established procedures.
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan are advised to be vigilant and check for the necessary documents from companies and individuals offering jobs abroad.
