This allowance is intended for citizens who are not entitled to pension payments and are unable to work. The category of recipients includes children with disabilities up to 18 years old, orphans, individuals with disabilities from childhood, as well as heroic mothers and elderly people.
The amounts of the monthly allowance range from 2,000 to 8,000 soms depending on the category of the recipient. Currently, the average allowance across the country is 6,344.7 soms. Since the beginning of November 2025, 7.2 million soms have been allocated for these payments.
The Ministry also noted that the amounts of state allowances for residents of various settlements are calculated taking into account regional coefficients applied to salaries and other social payments.
