During the event, Deputy Minister Bakyt Darmankul uulu emphasized the importance of safe and legal labor migration, as well as the role of private employment agencies in this process.
According to the deputy minister, migrants are not just an economic category; they are people with destinies, and the state bears responsibility for their rights and safety. He noted that a higher professional qualification of citizens contributes to an increase in their earnings abroad and, consequently, to remittances for their families. Every year, nearly 100,000 Kyrgyz citizens seek consultations before leaving, of which 17-21% are women, which requires special attention to the protection of their rights.
Furthermore, Bakyt Darmankul uulu noted that there is a positive trend: the number of labor migrants is gradually decreasing due to the growth of job opportunities and the development of the economy in the country.
As part of the event, the best private employment agencies were awarded for their quality work, contribution to legal labor migration, as well as for the implementation of modern standards and the digitization of services.
