Currently, 3,722 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, while being outside the country, have already made their choice. Deputy Foreign Minister Almaz Imangaziev shared this information at a press briefing.

According to Imangaziev, in recent years, 59 polling stations have been opened abroad to ensure the electoral rights of citizens, but this year their number has increased to 100.

“In Russia, where a significant number of our citizens reside, 31 polling stations have been organized. Additionally, there are 8 stations in Turkey, 8 in Kazakhstan, 3 in Italy, and in other countries. Voters are actively participating in the voting process, and by 12:30, 3,722 people have already cast their votes,” he added.

He also noted that in some countries, polling stations opened today at 08:00 local time, while in others, considering the time difference with Bishkek, they will start operating later, up to 14:00.
