According to Jumakadir uulu, 326,158 electronic visas were issued in the first 11 months of 2025. Additionally, this year, 48,439 foreign citizens received the Unified Permit through the "Electronic Visa" portal. This permit is necessary for legal employment in the territory of Kyrgyzstan, and its issuance is carried out within the established quotas for attracting foreign labor (IFL).
Furthermore, he noted that in accordance with the presidential decree of May 22, 2025, a short-term migration amnesty was conducted. Thanks to this amnesty, the stay of 10,000 foreign citizens in the country was legalized. Also, 1,767 citizens who were illegally in Kyrgyzstan were deported on charter flights using guarantee payments.
Currently, 93 foreign citizens who violated the legislation of Kyrgyzstan are being held at the temporary accommodation point. This year, 27,520 foreigners obtained visas for departure from the country, the director added.
