According to the new regulations, citizens of Kyrgyzstan who violate the established stay periods (90 days within a 180-day period) may face entry restrictions into Kazakhstan.
Additionally, similar measures will be implemented for citizens of Kazakhstan entering Kyrgyzstan starting December 1, 2025.
The Ministry urges citizens to plan their trips in advance and take into account the new requirements of Kazakhstan's migration legislation. This is especially relevant for those who frequently cross the border, plan to work, study, seek medical treatment, or undertake other long trips.
