According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the accident occurred on November 25 at the "Zhaisaan" checkpoint in the Aktobe region, where the citizen of Kyrgyzstan, S. B., born in 1978, was injured.
The statement notes: "Since the moment of the accident, our embassy in Kazakhstan has maintained constant contact with the injured S. B., his relatives, and representatives of local law enforcement agencies. Currently, an investigation is being conducted in the Martuk district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan regarding a criminal case initiated under Article 345, Part 1 of the country's Criminal Code."
It is also emphasized that this issue is under the control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazakhstan.
