According to the information received, the incident occurred on November 28, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM. The Sokuluk district police department received a report of a traffic accident that took place at the intersection of Frunze and Krasnodar streets in the village of Sokuluk.
A forensic investigative team was immediately dispatched to the scene. During the investigation, it was determined that the 38-year-old driver K.A., operating a HOWO dump truck, struck the girl while making a left turn from Frunze Street onto Krasnodar Street, as she was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing.
Unfortunately, as a result of the collision, the schoolgirl sustained injuries incompatible with life and died at the scene of the accident.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning violations of traffic safety rules and vehicle operation.

The driver has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
All necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
