The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic has confirmed information about a traffic accident in which a citizen of Kyrgyzstan was injured.
According to data received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the incident occurred on November 25, 2025, at the checkpoint "Zhaisaan," located in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. The injured party was a 47-year-old individual identified as S.B.
The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazakhstan has been actively engaging with the injured party, their relatives, and local law enforcement agencies since the incident.
Currently, an investigation is underway in the Martuk district of the Aktobe region, initiated in connection with this incident, as part of a criminal case under Article 345, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This incident is under the control of both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazakhstan.
