An incident related to hooliganism occurred in Bishkek, resulting in the detention of two foreign nationals. This information was provided by the October District Department of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement agencies, on November 25 of this year, two foreigners inflicted knife wounds on citizens M.Z. and S.E. in the residential area "Rukhiy Muras-1," after which the victims filed an official complaint.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and a forensic medical examination has been appointed for the victims.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, two young men were detained: M.S., born in 2005, and S.A., born in 2006. They were taken to the Investigative Service, where they were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The October District Court has decided to impose a preventive measure in the form of detention, and the suspects will remain in the pre-trial detention center (SIZO-1) in Bishkek.
