Two local residents, M. Zh. and S. E., contacted law enforcement, claiming that on November 25, they became victims of a knife attack by the mentioned foreign citizens in the residential area "Rukhiy Muras-1".
As a result of the appeal, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The victims have been assigned a forensic medical examination, while the detainees, 18-year-old M. S. and 17-year-old S. A., have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.

The district court has decided to keep them in custody at the pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Bishkek. The investigation is ongoing.
