According to the case materials, during operational activities, a transfer of 360,000 soms intended for bribing voters was recorded. After receiving the money, the detainees gave instructions on how to carry out the bribery scheme and requested lists of voters for further actions.
Based on the collected data, the police initiated a criminal case under Article 196 "Bribery of Voters" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The detainees have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, and the Pervomaisky District Court has decided to keep them in detention center No. 1 until December 23.
The investigation is ongoing.
