According to law enforcement agencies, a citizen named F.T. approached them with a written statement.
“He reported that A.Z., the CEO of F.R. LLC, and her daughter A.B. took his money, exploiting his trust under the pretext of investing in a project in the village of Chok-Tal in the Issyk-Kul region. From August 26, 2024, to July 4, 2025, he transferred a total amount of $1,476,844 to them,” the statement says.

In connection with the incident, the investigative department of the Oktyabrsky District Internal Affairs Department has initiated a criminal case under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, A.Z., born in 1972, was detained and is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Department.
