According to the information from the press service of the department, on November 18, a video was recorded showing a certain citizen in a minibus taxi who aroused the suspicions of other passengers, who suspected him of theft.
Information about the incident was registered in the Unified Register of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek, which led to the initiation of a criminal case under Article 205 (theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities and investigative actions, employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate identified the suspect, who turned out to be B.A., born in 1992 and previously having had legal issues.
According to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
At present, his involvement in several similar crimes has already been established.
