It became known that on August 22, a local resident living in the village of Kenesh reported to the internal affairs department that a citizen, Sh.Sh., born in 1987, had taken his Mercedes-Benz 213 by gaining his trust and fled the scene.

As a result of the initiated investigation, a criminal case was opened under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the further investigation, it was revealed that Sh.Sh. pawned the stolen car to an acquaintance for $5,000, and later it was sold to third parties. Currently, investigators are checking the possible involvement of the detainee in other similar crimes in the region. The investigation is ongoing.
