According to information obtained during operational activities, a scheme was uncovered in which participants offered citizens monetary rewards for votes in support of a specific candidate. The investigative department of the Sverdlovsk district police initiated a criminal case under Article 196 "Bribery of Voters" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the organization of the bribery was carried out by F.K., born in 1982, who is an official campaigner for candidate H.G. Her son F.M., born in 2003, and the neighborhood committee head H.A., born in 1964, from the "Vostok-5" microdistrict also participated in the criminal scheme.
It became known that in early November, a certain A. offered F.K. a job as a campaigner for pay. On November 9, at the candidate's headquarters on Lenin Avenue, she and her son signed contracts and received 20,000 soms each. This money was used to compile a list of 12 voters, who were given 2,000 soms for each vote.
During a search of F.K.'s apartment, law enforcement officers discovered and seized $80,000, 116,000 soms, and 29,500 soms that were received from the headquarters, as well as lists of voters from the "Vostok-5" microdistrict.

On November 25, F.K., F.M., and H.A. were brought to criminal responsibility under Article 196 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement is identifying other participants in the bribery scheme. A request has been sent to the Central Election Commission for consent to bring candidate H.G. to criminal responsibility.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate reminded that any interference in the electoral process, including bribing voters, is a serious violation of the law and may lead to criminal liability. The agency urged candidates and citizens to comply with the legislation and prevent provocations.
