The capital's Criminal Investigation Department received information about a closed WhatsApp group, in which more than 60 participants offered intimate services at prices ranging from $300 to $1000. Most of the girls worked in elite hotels in the city.
The investigation registered this case under Article 160 ("Facilitation of Prostitution and Debauchery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As the operatives found out, the group was called "Reserve" and was managed by several girls. It is presumed that its creator is located outside the country. Joining the group occurred only after prepayment and by recommendation, using code words and the disappearing messages feature to ensure confidentiality.
The group's managers sent clients photographs of the girls after receiving an order, and then organized visits to the specified address. Upon detentions, the group was completely deleted and recreated with new numbers.
During operational activities, a controlled purchase was conducted, during which three prostitutes were called to one of the saunas. As soon as they received the money, they were detained. The detainees were A.A., born in 2003, K.N., born in 2003, I.K., born in 1997, and Sh.S., born in 2001.
Sh.S., 24 years old, was charged but released under house arrest considering her family circumstances.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and other participants of this group are being identified.
