In Bishkek, the activities of a secret group engaged in providing intimate services have been exposed, as reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the capital.
According to information received by law enforcement agencies, an organized group was established in Bishkek, consisting of girls providing intimate services at prices ranging from 300 to 1000 US dollars, primarily in expensive hotels.
In this case, the Investigative Service of the First May District Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Article 160 (Promotion of Prostitution and Immorality) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational activities, it was established that the group was managed through a closed WhatsApp group called "Reserve," which had more than 60 participants. The managers of the group consisted of several girls, while the founder, according to preliminary data, is located abroad. Joining the group occurred only by recommendation and prepayment. To ensure confidentiality, code words and the disappearing messages feature were used.
The internal rules of the group included security measures, confidentiality, and payment procedures. After receiving an order, the managers sent clients photographs of the girls, and upon agreement, organized a visit to the specified address. During detentions, all information was deleted, and a new group was created with new numbers.
During an operational purchase, police officers observed three girls arriving at one of the capital's saunas, sent by the group manager. After the receipt of funds was recorded, they were detained. The detainees were A.A. (born in 2003), K.N. (born in 2003), I.K. (born in 1997), and Sh.S. (born in 2001).
The money was seized, and the detainees were taken to the Investigative Service of the Department of Internal Affairs.
Sh.S. was charged under Article 160 (Promotion of Prostitution and Immorality) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Considering her family circumstances, she was placed under house arrest as a preventive measure.
Currently, all necessary investigative actions and operational measures are being conducted to establish the whereabouts and detain other involved persons.
The investigation continues.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate urges citizens not to participate in illegal activities related to the organization or provision of intimate services. If you have information about the existence of brothels or individuals engaged in prostitution, please report it to the 24-hour hotline at 102.
