According to information provided by the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, the identity of the violator was established, and he was fined 7,500 soms, which corresponds to Article 115 of the Code of Offenses concerning emissions, storage, and burning of waste in unauthorized places.
The Environmental and Technical Supervision Service urged citizens to avoid purchasing and using equipment that operates on used oil.
In their message, they noted: "Used motor oil is considered hazardous waste, and according to legislation, it must be disposed of or recycled according to established standards. Burning such oil causes significant harm to the environment and human health."
