According to the data, on November 28, the Osh city court reviewed the case and issued a decision for the preliminary detention of the accused until the end of December.
It was previously reported that on November 27 at 12:40, the 16-year-old driver M.A. lost control and veered into the oncoming lane, where he hit pedestrians: S.D., born in 1977, her daughter-in-law M.D., born in 2005, and their child F.D. [the girl was born on February 29, 2024].
After colliding with the pedestrians, the car crashed into a parked "KAMAZ" truck.
As a result of the accident, S.D. died at the scene from her injuries. Her granddaughter, born in 2024, was hospitalized in critical condition, but unfortunately, the doctors were unable to save her.
D.M.A., born in 2005, and the truck driver E.Sh., born in 1971, also sustained injuries and sought medical assistance.
According to preliminary data, the underage driver of the "BMW" did not have a driver's license; he was driving a car owned by his father.
The driver is currently detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The materials for this case have been registered with the Osh Department of Internal Affairs, and forensic and automotive technical examinations have been appointed.
