The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has published clarifications regarding the procedure for entry and stay in the country for citizens of China.
The ministry specified that a visa regime has been established for citizens of the People's Republic of China, which implies the mandatory presence of a valid visa issued by the competent authorities of Kyrgyzstan for entry, stay, and exit.
According to the rules approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, foreigners are required to strictly adhere to the timelines specified in their visas or other permitting documents.
In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that to obtain a Kyrgyz visa, citizens of the People's Republic of China must provide a petition from a legal entity registered in Kyrgyzstan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic also emphasized that the country adheres to a balanced approach to liberalizing its visa policy, taking into account national interests and the principle of reciprocity for Kyrgyz citizens abroad.
