Talented foreigners who pass the selection will receive support and guidance in the first months of their life in Russia. By April 15, 2026, it is planned to create a special organization that will focus on headhunting. The main attention will be given to citizens living in developing countries, as well as in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
The agency emphasizes the importance of an individual approach to each specialist, as solving the problem of the shortage of medical professionals and other qualified workers is only possible through organized recruitment.
At the moment, migration processes are mainly occurring spontaneously. Many medical workers do not receive information about what to expect in Russia: working conditions, salaries, and the necessary documentation. People simply buy tickets and act at their own discretion.
