On November 25, during the official visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Kyrgyzstan, a ceremony was held to lay wreaths at the Eternal Flame in Victory Square in Bishkek. President Sadyr Japarov and Putin together honored the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for their homeland.

After the wreaths were laid, the guards placed them at the memorial, followed by a minute of silence in honor of all those who fell during the Great Patriotic War. The ceremony concluded with a three-volley salute, symbolizing deep respect.
