Putin and Zhapаров will meet one-on-one, - Ushakov on the state visit program

Vladimir Putin's visit to Kyrgyzstan will take place from November 25 to 27, as officially announced by Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, according to TASS.

Ushakov noted that the visit will be made at the invitation of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and will last for two days.

A session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization is scheduled to take place in Bishkek on November 27.

The visit program will begin on the evening of November 25.

According to a Kremlin representative, upon arrival in Bishkek, Japarov will greet Putin at the foot of the airplane, after which the presidents will go to lay a wreath at the Eternal Flame in Victory Square.

Next, in an informal setting, the presidents will have a conversation at the "Ala-Archa" residence. "This will be a one-on-one conversation," Ushakov emphasized.

On the following day, November 26, an official meeting will be held at the "Yntymak Ordo" palace. Here, Russian-Kyrgyz negotiations will take place, during which key issues of bilateral relations in political, trade-economic, humanitarian, and other areas will be discussed. The leaders will exchange views on current topics, the presidential aide noted.

During the negotiations in an expanded format, issues of cooperation in trade, economy, energy, education, healthcare, and migration will be discussed. The parties will prepare reports on these topics.

The Russian delegation will include high-ranking officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, who heads the intergovernmental commission, Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, as well as ministers of sports, health, transport, economic development, and science. The delegation will also include business representatives, such as Roman Abramovich and others.

Upon completion of the negotiations, the presidents will sign a joint statement aimed at deepening allied relations and strategic partnership. The document will outline key tasks for strengthening bilateral ties. It is also expected that numerous intergovernmental and commercial agreements will be signed, covering education, economy, healthcare, and other areas. After the signing of the documents, the leaders will make statements, followed by a state reception.
