Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, noted that questions regarding the format and necessity of a conversation between Putin and Trump about the plan proposed by Washington for Ukraine have not yet been resolved. He emphasized that "this all remains to be determined," as reported by RBC citing TASS.

At a Security Council meeting on November 21, Putin confirmed his intention to discuss in detail the American plan, which consists of 28 points and, in his opinion, could serve as a basis for resolving the conflict. The President of Russia added that discussions on the details of the initiative began even before the summit in Alaska in August; however, the format of the upcoming contacts with the U.S. remains uncertain.

For his part, just a few hours earlier, Donald Trump stated that his administration had set a deadline until next Thursday for Ukraine to agree to the proposed plan. According to him, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky "will be forced" to approve it.

It was also reported that Zelensky received a draft of the new plan and hopes to hold negotiations with Trump in the coming days. The White House clarified that this document is not final.

Ukrainian MP Alexey Goncharenko previously published the 28 points of the plan in Telegram, which pertain to issues of territories, the country's reconstruction, and its political future.
