This measure is aimed at organizing the educational market, increasing competition, and ensuring safety in the provision of additional educational services. The adoption of the document is the result of the implementation of the Law "On Education".
The resolution states that licensing applies to those programs whose implementation may pose a danger to learners. A list of such courses is provided in the appendix to the document.
The ministries of science, higher education and innovation, as well as education, have been instructed to adapt their regulatory acts to the requirements of the new resolution.
This document will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
