The main objective of this project is to create a legal mechanism that will ensure free travel for the specified pensioners on public transport in Bishkek and Osh.
The draft proposes that in cases where benefits are provided to certain categories of citizens, the losses incurred by carriers will be covered from the republican budget, if such benefits are introduced based on decisions made by the Cabinet of Ministers and authorized state bodies. At the same time, in cases where benefits are approved by local councils, compensation will be made from the local budget.
