According to information from the resolution, a plot of land with an area of 1.0 hectares is being reclassified, which consists of irrigated land and is privately owned by S.K. Dyikanbaeva. The plot is located within contour No. 36 of the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Bishkek.
In accordance with the Cabinet's directives, the Bishkek city administration must make the necessary changes to land registration documents, as well as develop and approve urban planning documentation, strictly adhering to construction norms and regulations. Furthermore, the city administration is required to ensure the functioning of infrastructure in this area at its own expense, as well as to preserve objects of historical and cultural heritage in the event of their discovery, while complying with the technical parameters of roads and legislative norms.
The city administration must also make payments for compensation for losses and lost profits from agricultural production, restore the area of the land plot by including less productive lands into agricultural circulation. If the plot is not used or is used for purposes other than intended, the city administration is obliged to take measures for its expropriation and restoration to its original condition.
