The Cabinet of Ministers approved the conversion of 2.7 hectares of irrigated agricultural land, located in the Toloikon rural district of Osh, into land for settlements.
This plot belongs to a private individual, N. Ch. Sulaymanov, and will be used for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex, including social infrastructure facilities.
The city administration is required to adjust the land accounting documents, develop urban planning documentation, and ensure strict compliance with building codes, environmental requirements, and protective zones of power lines, as well as monitor the intended use of the plot.
The resolution will take effect ten days after its official publication.
