The state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulushservis" involved in the project is currently finishing the finishing works, laying plumbing, and working on the exterior finishing of the buildings.
These apartments are available for purchase by citizens through mortgage programs. The complex offers various options: 121 one-bedroom, 143 two-bedroom, and 55 four-bedroom apartments. A full-fledged infrastructure will also be created: recreation areas, playgrounds, green spaces, and a modern heating system.
The facility is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, this year, the construction of a nine-story building began in Talas, which will include 405 apartments on the site of the former car market.
