The construction area will be 6.5 hectares, and the project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
The new center will include attractions, play areas specially adapted for children with disabilities, a modern cinema, a congress hall, and food service points. The implementation of the project is expected to create over 200 jobs.
In addition, the Talas region also plans the reconstruction of the historical and cultural complex "Manas Ordo," the renovation of the city park and alleys, as well as the construction of a stadium for 5,500 seats and residential apartment buildings by the State Mortgage Company.
