On November 13, in the Talas region, a ceremonial capsule laying took place for the construction of two children's entertainment centers "Balastan," in which the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov participated. At the beginning of the event, participants were shown a video presentation of the design of the future center, which will occupy an area of 6.5 hectares. The facility is expected to be ready by 2026.
During his speech, Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the state goal is to ensure a decent childhood for every child. "Children should grow up in a free and carefree atmosphere where they can develop their thinking and creative abilities," the president noted.
In his opinion, this center will not only be a place for entertainment but also an important space for the upbringing and development of children. "Balastan" will feature attractions, special play areas for children with disabilities, a modern cinema, a congress hall, and dining establishments. The construction of the center will create more than 200 jobs.
The president also pointed out that infrastructure development is usually concentrated in the capital and large cities; however, the state is now striving for the balanced development of all regions.
“We want the infrastructure of all regions to develop successfully and evenly,” added Sadyr Japarov, mentioning several projects currently being implemented in Talas.
Among them are the reconstruction of the "Manas Ordo" complex, the renovation of the city park and alleys, the construction of a stadium for 5,500 seats, and the erection of apartment buildings by the State Mortgage Company.
The president emphasized that the construction of the children's center "Balastan" will become a symbol of change and renewal in Talas, demonstrating the implementation of regional development policy in practice.
In this regard, he urged responsible authorities and construction companies to carefully monitor the process to ensure high quality and safety of the constructed facility, considering the interests of children.
Additionally, the president met with local residents who discussed important social issues such as road construction and agricultural development, and expressed gratitude for the attention to the region and support for initiatives. ```
