At the beginning of the ceremony, the president emphasized the importance of creating a quality environment for children, which, according to him, is the responsibility of the state. "We strive to provide every child with a decent childhood, where they can play and develop freely, which contributes to the formation of their independent thinking and creative skills," he noted.
According to Japarov, the 'Balastan' center will not only be a venue for entertainment but also an important place for the upbringing and development of children. The new entertainment center will feature attractions, special play areas for children with disabilities, a modern cinema, a congress hall, and dining areas. The implementation of the project is expected to create over 200 new jobs.
The president also noted that previously, the main focus was on the development of infrastructure in the capital and major cities; however, the state is now aimed at the balanced development of all regions. "We want infrastructure to develop successfully in all areas and cities," he emphasized, mentioning several ongoing projects in Talas, including the reconstruction of the 'Manas Ordo' complex, the renovation of the city park, and the construction of a new stadium with a capacity of 5,500 seats.
"The construction of the children's center 'Balastan' will become a symbol of change and renewal in Talas, demonstrating that the regional development strategy is being successfully implemented," the president added. He urged responsible representatives of government bodies and construction companies to ensure high standards of quality and safety in the construction of the facility, taking into account the interests of children.
