“By acquiring new knowledge, you will contribute to the development of Kyrgyzstan!”
During his speech, Sadyr Japarov emphasized that he views each of the scholarship recipients as representatives of a new generation striving for professional excellence and ready to serve their country. “Your achievements are the result of the efforts of your teachers, the support of your parents, and your own thirst for knowledge,” the president noted while addressing the students.
In his address, the president also noted that the state is actively working to ensure that the educational system of Kyrgyzstan meets international standards.
“We attach great importance to improving the quality of education in universities. Our task is to create conditions for acquiring knowledge and training competitive specialists of world level. We support university research and encourage the creative activity of youth. This year, some universities have been granted special status, allowing them to improve their material and technical base and link scientific research with production. Such institutions are held to high standards regarding the practical application of knowledge,” the president added.
According to the president, the era of globalization demands from students not only deep knowledge but also the ability to quickly master new technologies, creative thinking, and readiness to stay one step ahead.
“In modern conditions, you must be at the center of all changes. Priority areas include the implementation of IT startups, the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence; the development of effective projects in agriculture, ecology, and medicine (including nanotechnology and biotechnology); the creation of new economic models and business initiatives; the construction of intelligent engineering systems; the improvement of education through modern methods; the development of digital art and multimedia, as well as the promotion of national heritage through ecotourism and the creation of cybersecurity systems. By mastering innovations in these areas, you will contribute to the progress of Kyrgyzstan!” concluded Sadyr Japarov.
